- Are Housecall Services Expensive?
Housecall services not only offer convenience but also allow for more one on one time with the doctor. Services are ~20% more than those found at your average traditional brick and mortar. If cost is your main factor in finding a veterinarian, housecall services are likely not your best option. Housecall services are for you and your pet/s if quality time with the doctor for education and the convenience of high quality medicine within your own home are high on your priority list.
- Are Exams Required For Services?
Yes, exams are required for all patients. This is not only a legal requirement, it is also good medicine. All patients including people get exams from their doctors. With our animal patients it’s even more important to get as much information as we can since they can’t tell us what or if something is wrong.
- Are There Discounts?
Yes. There are several discounts available including multi-pet, neighborhood, referral, seniors citizen, and veteran discounts. Please ask about discounts when scheduling.
- I Work During The Week, Can I Schedule On The Weekend Or Evenings?
Yes, appointments can be made for the evenings or weekends when staff is available. Out of hours appointments do carry fees to compensate staff appropriately for their time. Appointments may be requested online here or by calling.

- Do You Provide Emergency Care?
No. The equipment and staff needed to provide timely emergency care is not feasible with a housecall practice. True emergencies need to be seen immediately in a hospital. You can call local hospitals or the emergency hospital to get in. It is important to call as not all hospitals are equipped or staffed to see emergencies.
- How Do I Refill My Pet’s Medications?
Please visit our online pharmacy to refill any prescriptions. There are also over the counter medications/supplements, food, and training aids available at the online store.

You may request a time and date for an appointment online, but you cannot book an appointment online. All requests are reviewed and you will get a response within 1 business day. You may also email to schedule an appointment.
- I’ve Tried To Call And No One Has Answered. How Can I Get In Touch?
Please leave a detailed voicemail when you call and we will get back to you within 1 business day. We do not answer the phone while we are with a client/patient as we believe it is important that they get all of our attention during their appointment. We return calls in between appointments and at the end of the day. Your call is important to us and we will get back to you after getting your voicemail. If you prefer, you may also email us.
- Do You Offer Surgery Or Dental Services?
